According to UK law, the Data Protection Act 1998 c. 29 we notify you that the handling of the acquired and gathered data is done by using manual, computerized and telematic systems, with the aim and purpose strictly related to personnel recruiting and payroll processing, in order to guarantee data privacy and security, which also applies in cases of third party sharing.
We may share your data to other companies of Lowara Group, Lowara employees, consultants, contractors acting jointly with us, companies linked to Lowara Group or Xylem Inc., inside and outside Italy as well as inside and outside EU.
The data processing and forwarding might include sensitive or confidential information.
Therefore, we invite you to omit details that don’t concern the above-mentioned purpose.
The data we receive for a specific personnel request may also be used for future positions, barring your unequivocal denial.
In any case your data would not be stored for more than 9 months.
The given E-mail addresses or telephone numbers could be used to keep you informed regarding initiatives for recruiting personnel, promoting similar activities, for the purpose of processing payroll or any other such matter related to employment, that you can later decline easily and freely, following the instructions on the very same documents.
As the interested party, your rights fall within the Data Protection Act 1998 and in particular, you have the right to know the data source as well as the purpose regarding the processing; moreover, you have the right to obtain the cancellation, make it anonymous, block it in case of law violations, update or integrate it whenever you want.
